Local businesses support GYL 5K

More than a dozen local businesses have come on board as sponsors for the Goochland Young Life 5K!

A big thank you goes to Custom Brick and Stone Corporation who, for the second year, has signed on as the 5K’s top sponsor! The family-operated custom masonry company was started in 1989 by Johnny McLaughlin, who serves on Goochland Young Life’s Adult Ministry Team along with his wife, Karen.

 

We’re also welcoming back Goochland Dentistry and 250 SportsGrill, who are in their second years as leadership-level sponsors. Peter R. Murchie, D.D.S., at Goochland Dentistry was recently honored for the third year by his peers as a "Top Dentist" in Virginia Living Magazine. 250 Sports Grill is a locally owned and operated sports themed restaurant that features a TV every 100 square feet.

Thanks, too, to first-time sponsor Team Logistics, whose primary line of business is commercial furniture delivery and installation with more than 100 years of combined experience on their team. In addition, they offer warehousing, inventory management services and summer storage services for college students.
