It’s that time of year again! The time of year when the wonderful folks at Salem Baptist start planning their 5K. Once again, they’ve chosen Goochland Young Life to be the beneficiary of day’s proceeds. Thanks Salem!

Salem 5K for Goochland Young Life

Start time is 9 am on Saturday, October 20, 2012

This year’s 5K will start and end at Goochland High School. Runners and walkers, even strollers are welcome!

Take advantage of the early bird registration fee of just $25 (good through Oct. 12). After that, registration will be $35 (through 8:30 am on race day). Students get a break, so if you’re in high school or younger, registration is just $15.

The theme of this year’s 5K is Leave Them in the Dust. So lace ‘em up, and start your training by going online to register!
